Clean and organized business style combined with a carefully designed lighting system provide an ideal working environment, comfortable for staff and visitors compared to the unsatisfactory conditions of the buildings, the condition of which required the restoration beforehand. During the years of operation, the wooden floors weakened, walls have cracked due to irregular settling of the building, and the decoration of the facades has been severely damaged. The walls of the building have become damp due to a deficient waterproofing system.
The project provided restoration of the original facades of the building, reconstruction of the broken decoration details, replacement of floors, and modernization of roofing. In order to prevent under-flooding of the building caused by underground water, lowering of the ground level around the building and reconstruction of the waterproofing of the ground level walls and floors were performed.
