Position: Head of technical maintenance

 

Introduction:

This position includes the leadership and management of the technical maintenance team for devices, installations and facilities. The position also includes building maintenance. The head of maintenance has the obligation of active reporting to the director of the company and communication with the team of managers from other sectors within the company.

 

Job description:

• Management and organization of preventive maintenance of installations, equipment and devices, maintenance services in the entire facility. procurement (provision) of spare parts.
• Main maintenance during planned technical overhauls.
• Construction maintenance of the building, respecting safety, quality and optimization of costs.
• Ensuring clear objectives and strategy, supporting the overall objectives of the company.
• Acquaintance of the company with the current technological development in the field of maintenance of business facilities.
• Contact with subcontractors for the provision of outsourcing services and checking the quality of the services performed.
• Management of the technical maintenance team.
• Planning and development of procedures, effective work on maintaining the quality of installations, equipment and facilities of the building.

 

The candidate should meet the following conditions:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineer of thermotechnical installations or automation, electrical engineer of weak current.
• Experience in the same or similar jobs
• Computer literate
• Driver’s license
• Organization, communication, teamwork
• Systematic and analytical
