The Consortium's office building in Belgrade is built in a modern style. The unusual architecture is combined with functionality and skillful elaboration of engineering solutions. The beauty of the building is emphasized at night by decorative backlighting.

The interior areas of the office are full of light and air. Simplicity and elegance of lines are enhanced by properly selected illumination.
 
The interior is full of harmonic contrasts: the warm tones of marble and walls are combined with expressed metal guardrails of the staircase, the light space of walls and ceiling is cut dynamically by dark blue columns,
and the brightly illuminated center is converted smoothly into the soft shade of balconies.
 
Antique motifs are combined successfully in the pool interior with an up-to-date illumination scheme. Water and air temperatures are maintained automatically at a selected level.
 
Up-to-date decorative materials and novel plumbing fixtures ensure joy and comfort.
