The concept solution for the hotel complex of the highest category (5 stars) in the town of Becici included the
demolishing of existing buildings, development of new buildings, development of the modern infrastructure and landscaping.

Development is done in several stages so the hotel is able to operate in summer time in normal mode.

The analyses of the land peace for the "Splendid" hotel showed that on the existing territory there is a possibility
for the construction of the building complex for grading a hotel and cultural-entertaining service on a quality new level.
