The Spanish branch of TRADEUNIQUE Holding was founded as an investor and builder of this development in order to obtain the best qualities and building results by importing building materials directly from the producers and controlling the whole building process.

An international working team has been formed to create the mentioned development and to achieve the above mentioned results. Its base is in Marbella, Spain, and it consists of various specialists such as: architects, interior designers, salesmen and financing specialists. The goal of the company is to continue investing in future projects.
