Modernization of the complex of buildings of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on Neglinnaya Street (Moscow) was started by TRADEUNIQUE HOLDING on September 22, 1999. The project provided for a packaged solution of restoration, modernization, and engineering equipping tasks.

Mirko Latinovic, the President of TRADEUNIQUE HOLDING, has been awarded an honorary diploma for high quality of restoration and modernization of building “V“ of the complex of buildings of the Central Bank.

The central building constructed from the design of architect Bykovsky in 1888 is an architectural monument of the 19th century. Load-carrying structures were reinforced, wooden floors replaced, basements cleaned, roofing fully reconditioned, and facades repaired during the restoration activities. Particular attention was paid to preservation of the historical face of the building. Plastic details have been restored both outside and inside the building. Details of historical interiors have been carefully restored.
